There are nine bedrooms in this property (one bedroom has a private bathroom and the rest of the rooms share 3 nice and clean bathrooms. The property is kept clean at all times. See photo of bathroom below.), a totally equiped kitchen, laundry room, dining room and a terrace where you can do different activities such as reading, sight seeing and resting. There is a small convenience store right next to the property where you can purchase time to access the internet and pay phone.
Casa Florios is located in a safe and calm zone and just ten minutes from Downtown León. Buses that stop half block away from Casa Florios can take you to downtown and tourist attraction areas. The Pan American highway is just two blocks away.
There are lots of wonderful things to do in León and its surrounding areas. The beaches at Salinas Grandes, Las Peñitas and Poneloya are just half hour away. Casa Florios is ten blocks from the bus terminal but if you don't want to walk as most Leoneses do walk, you can take the local bus to the terminal. Explore León, Chinandega and don't forget to visit Somotillo my birth place. Flora and founa is at your reach when you stay in Casa Florios León, while enjoying the colonial city.
